Healthy and Nutritious cutlets.... With the goodness of spinach and oats...with chicken...totally power packed
Ingredients:-
250 gm boneless chicken minced
150 gm spinach leaves finely chopped
1 tbsp Green chilli paste
1½ tbsp Ginger garlic paste
2 finely chopped onions
Salt as per taste
½ tsp mango powder
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp corriander powder
½ tsp cummin powder
½ tsp garam masala powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
2-3 black pepper crushed
Handful of chopped corriander
½ lemon juice
Pinch of sugar
1/2 cup Oats
3-4 egg yolks whisked
Semolina/rava for dusting
Oil for frying
Method:
Arrange all the above ingredients on one plate
Take a bowl,add one by one all ingredients except eggs and semolina..
Add chopped spinach to it,mix it uniformly.
Now break eggs and separate yolks in another bowl.
Make desired shape patties and dip in egg yolks ,dust with semolina and deep fry till golden brown on medium flame.
Serve hot with tomatoes sauce.
