Viswan/Surmai/Kingfish rava fry....(Simple Goan version )
Ingredients
Kashmiri red chillies(coloured one not spicy)
Bedgi mirchi (as per the taste)
Turmeric
Tamarind
Corriander seeds
Salt as per the taste
Note:Adjust the spices according to your tastebuds.
Method:-
Sprinkle some salt over King fish fillets and marinade for 10 min..
Soak kashmiri chillies in warm water for 10 min..drain out water and grind along with the above ingredients....add lil warm water and make thick paste for marination...
Wash fish fillets..and drain out water completely.
Marinate fish with the grinded paste on both the side ....and again keep for 5 min..till then heat the skillet add coconut oil and .dust the fillets on rava+ fine rice flour. .and fry both the side till cooked ..n crispy..
Enjoy with salad😊
