Kalwache tonak/Goan Oysters Curry...



Kalwache tonak

One big bowl kalwa
2 cups grated coconut
2 onion small
1 small potato finely chopped
2-3 drops of coconut oil
1/2 tsp Corriander seeds
3-4 Red tarvoti chillies
3-4 Black peppercorns
1/2 tsp Tumeric
2-3 petals Star anise
2 Cloves
Tamarind berry sized
Salt as per taste

Method.  Clean kalwa/oysters once n cook with 1 small finely chopped onion n potato with lil salt n coconut oil.,n water. Roast rest of all ingredients separately one by one n blend together. Add the blended paste to the oyster n add Lil salt as per taste.give a boil n put off the flame.
