Kanda bhaji/onion fritters

Kanda bhaji.
Very popular street snack  in India...irristible and.liked by everyone ..


2 big onions thinly slices
2 green chillies finely chopped
2 cups gram flour/besan
1 tbsp rices flour
Oil for mohan
Salt as per taste
2 pinch turmeric
1 tbsp finely chopped corriander
Oil for frying

Metod;:-

Take a bowl, add onions salt green chillies ,tumeric  .mix well with your hands. Put the lid and keep aside for 10 min.
Now, in the same bowl add rest of the ingredients .mix well
Heat oil in a Kadhai... Keep high flame first..
When oil is hot..lower the flame to medium.
Leave in scoop of onion batter with your hand or use spoon.
Fry till golden brown...enjoy with tomato sauce
