Bhuna butter Rice

Quick,delicious...and another variety of rice..made from leftover rice ....my way😊

Ingredients:

Left over rice 2 bowls
3 butter cubes
Mixed veggies (capsicum,beans,carrot,cauliflower florets,green peas,mushrooms, soya chunks and Paneer )
1 tbsp bhuna masala
Salt as per taste,
Pinch of sugar
½ tsp cummin
Finely chopped corriander
1 tomato puree
1 tbsp ginger garlic  paste
1 green chilli slit
1 small onion finely chopped

Method:-

First chop all veggies as per your desired shape.blanch and keep ready.
Take a plate and arrange all the said  above ingredients .
Heat wok,add 2 butter cubes, add cummin seeds ,green chilies,ginger garlic paste, stir fry for a minute.add onion,salt and sugar...saute till onion turns pink...add tomato puree...mix and .put the lid for a minute or two....
Remove the lid and add Bhuna masala...
Mix it....now add all the veggies.,Paneer,soya..etc.. Mix well again.
Finally add rice...keep mixing...and tossing.... Till  that burnt aroma hits you....
Hot Bhuna butter rice is ready to serve
Garnish with corriander and dollop of butter over it..,
