Ingredients:-
4 eggs
3 finely chopped onions
2 finely chopped tomatoes
2 finely chopped green chillies
½ tsp dark soya sauce
Salt as per taste
½ tsp grated ginger
½ tsp turmeric
1 capsicum
1 tbsp oil
Finely chopped corriander for garnishing
Method:-
Heat oil in a pan,add ginger,chillies, onion ,tomatoes.
Saute till tomatoes cooked..
Add turmeric,soya sauce, salt to it.
Mix well..now cut bell pepper into round rings,and place over Masala...
Break eggs in each rings....sprinkle Lil white pepper powder,and red chilli Masala...
Put the lid..and cook for 10 minute.
Garnish with corriander and cut into triangles and serve hot....
