Flower muttar masala

Flower muttar masala is a side dish goes well with rotis,phulka...jeera rice.This is totally oil free recipe...almost restaurant style...it turned out very well..very different from regular onion,tomatoes base gravies.....





lngredients:-

2 cups Cauliflower florets
2 cups fresh green peas
3 big tomatoes
2 onions
2 cloves
1 green cardamom
Lil cinnamon powder
1 green chilli
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp magaj seeds washed and boiled
½ tsp cummin seeds
½ corriander powder
½ tsp fennel powder
Pinch of nutmeg powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
1 bay leaf
Pinch of sugar
2 tsp curd
1 tbsp rosted wheat flour
1 tbsp fresh coconut cream(optional)
Finely chopped corriander for garnishing

Method:-

First blanch veggies .Keep aside.
Heat non stick pan add all the above Ingredients except ,cummin seed ,bay leaf,corriander, salt ,coconut cream..curd and wheat foursaute till tomatoes melt.
Let the mixture cool.
Now blend the mixture adding curd and wheat flour.. till smooth paste.
Heat the same pan, add bay leaf ,masala, ,salt, and pinch of sugar. ..cook for 10 mins..put off the flame...?
Finally garnish with coconut cream.
Garnish with chopped coriander n serve hot with dry Roti's.

Quick and delicious flower mutter Masala ready.
