Cheesy Shells
Innovative recipe by my elder daughter,who is 7 years,right from making dough till baking,clicking,collaging n naming the recipe...
Time req:- 30 min
Serves:- 4 persons
Ingredients
For dough:-
All purpose flour 2 cups/wheat flour,
1/2 tsp baking powder,
Pinch salt,
Oil 2 tbsp,
Milk for kneading
Stuffing:- one bowl
Thinly. Sliced cabbage
Carrot grated
Boiled potatoes made small cubes
Mozerrella cheese grated
Black pepper coarsely grinded
Chat masala,pinch sugar
Salt
Oregano
Make dough n let it rest for 10 min...meawhile in a bowl mix above stuffing ingredients...now roll chapati using roller pin..cut stripes only from one side n close one on one making shell like..as shown in the pic,...bast with butter n place them on greased tray n bake @200 deg for 8-9 min....serve with tomato sauce😊
