An Ultimate starts is Chicken65


An ultimate starter for all parties...is Chicken65...this recipe is invented by an  army cook from Andhra Pradesh in 1965.Thus ,it's a fusion recipe and called as Chicken65

Ingredients:-
Chicken Marinade
  • 250 gm boneless chicken pieces
  • Ginger garlic green chilli paste
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt as per taste
  • Orange red
  • Red chilli powder
  • Batter:-
    • 150gm all purpose flour
    • 75 gm cornflour
    • 4 eggs yolks whisked
    • White/black pepper powder
    • 1 Maggie cube
    • Crushed ginger garlic
    • Oil 1 tbsp
    • Oil for frying
    Tempering:-
    • Curry leaves
    • Thinly sliced  2 big onions
    • Finely chopped ginger
    • Cummin seeds
    • Oil
    • Water juz to sprinkle on tempering
    • Red color
    • Salt
    Method:-
    Marinate chicken pieces in the above mentioned ingredients for half n hour or if possible overnight.
    Make batter from maida,cornflour,peperpowder egg yolk ,color salt  Lil Maggie cube powder ginger garlic chilli paste,oil n rest it for 10 min.
    Now dip the chicken pieces in the batter ,coat it properly and deep fry..till crispy.. Remove on tissue papers.
    Now in a kadhai make tempering  form the above ingredients first add oil, cummin seed, chillies,curry leaves,chopped ginger n finally onion...fry till it turns Lil brown... Add lil watern colour again( optional)Finally add chicken pieces into this tadka n mix well..put of the flame n serve hot..😊
