My daughter said "mumma aaj kuch different ho jaye....make for me something pizzy but not cheesy...".
I checked with the scratch available at home... Got all the below ingredients and... I made 'Tree Pizza Roll...its healthy too . Which also included potatoes, green mung .. which she doesn't like much...but its different๐....she had it happily n cud'nt recognize these ingredients.๐๐๐๐
Tree Pizza Roll....
Dough:- 2 cup wheat flour, 1 tbsp Apf, 1/2 tsp baking powder,salt ,oliveoil for greasing n brushing...n home made ghee,water.make soft dough n keep for 10 min
Stuffing:- tomatoes,capsicum,green chilli chopped,,boiled green mung,potatoes sliced round n fried (was remaining out of afternoon brunch),cabbage,finely chopped ginger, tomato sauce, oregano,Maggie cube, รฑ farsaan (optional),salt as per taste,butter lil sugar.
Method:- take a pan,put butter..add onion,saute till turns translucent, then add ginger, chilli, keep sauting.then add all the ingredients one by one n saute till cooked..put of flame add tomato sauce oregano mix well n let the mixture cool...
Preheatoven @ 200 deg c.Meanwhile..make small roundlesof dough,n roll it with roller pin.make medium chapati.n cut stripes from both the sides,stuff the mixture in middle portion and close the stripes one on one from both the sides....now grease the baking trays brush olive oil over rolls n place it on the tray...bake for 12 min @ 200 deg.
Note:- I have minimized baking time as I had set it for 15 min.n rolls turned more brown.
