Recheado masala....... is one of the most important spicy paste condiment of Goa..it is completely different in taste and consistency as its blend of aromatic spices and coconut vinegar...which is goans speciality.
Ingredients:-
250gms red chillies deseeded
5-6 cloves
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 whole garlic pod
1 inch ginger
8 black peppers
1 onion
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp sugar
Coconut vinegar( for grinding)
Method
Grind all the above Ingredients using coconut vinegar to very fine and smooth paste..
Note:- Recheado masala can be stored for a month in airtight containers .keep away from water
