Strawberry Oats Biscuits

Strawberry Oats Biscuits... Is completely healthy ,nutritious ,and flovourful biscuits , it does not contains baking soda or baking powder,,can also be stored for month or a two.... Absolutely crunch and loved by everyone
Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamins C and K as well as providing a good dose of fiber,folic acid,maƱganese and pottasium,whereas oats are packed with fiber,manganesium,protien and dietary fiber which makes them easy to digest and also leaves you feeling full.
So what could be the best way to bring both the supplements together, so I made Strawberry Oats biscuits,as strawberries are all time favorite of all,whereas oats is good for lowering cholesterol.... And keeps you fit.




Ingredients:- 

2 cup oats powder,
1 tbsp wheat flour
¾ cup butter/or homemade ghee @ room temp,
¾cup sugar powder, 
1 tbsp starwberry pulp,
½ tsp strawberry essence,(optional)
1 or 2 tbsp warm milk,
 pinch salt.


Method: 

Mix all ingredients one by one and make soft dough (not soft n not hard). 

Keep aside for 15 mins. Preheat oven at 180 deg for 5min..  

Meanwhile..take dough and roll it one centimiter thick with rolling pin n cut in circle shape using katori or moulds shape.nw bake biscuit in preheated oven of 180 degree for 18 mins. 

After baking cool it n keep in air tight containers.... Its very yummy n crunchy....
