Tissreo dangar/Clams cutlets

Extremely delicious and unique in taste



Ingredients:-

1 bowl clams
2 tbsp fresh grated coconut
1 big onion finely chopped
1 tbsp tamarind pulp
Salt as per taste
Red chilli powder as per taste
1/2 tsp turmeric
Handful of finely chopped corriander
½ tsp ginger garlic paste( optional)
1 cup coarsely grinded rice flour
Oil for shallow frying.

Method
Clean and wash clams only in one round of water.
Pat dry all clams lightly on soft cotton cloth.
Now,take a bowl and mix all the above Ingredients except rice flour.
Make small round patties from the mixture .pressing lightly on palms.
Dust on both the sides .keep aside on the plate.
Grease skillet and place the patties on it.
Shallow fry both the sides till golden brown...
Serve hot with tomato sauce and green salad.
