Egg wada./Spicy Egg Fritter
Ingredients:-
2 eggs boiled. Cut em into halves and keep aside.
2 potatoes boiled and mashed
1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli garlic paste
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp Cummin powder
Finely chopped coriander
Pinch of chat masala
1 cup gram flour/Besan
1 tbsp rice flour
1/2 tsp warm oil
Pinch of turmeric
Water as per requirement
Oil for frying
Method:-
Step1
Firt prepare batter...
Take a bowl, add in besan..rice flour..salt turmeric and warm oil..
Mix everything well.
Now add water to make thick batter..
Keep aside.
Step 2
Take another bowl...add mashed potatoes. .chilli garlic paste..coriander..cummin powder..salt chat masala..mix well with spoon..
Step 3..
Cover the half egg with the potato mixture like a ball and keep ready
Step 4
Heat oil in a kadhai .on high flame .Dip the egg balls in the batter with spoon and deep fry till crisp on medium flame.
Remove on tissue paper and serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
