Prawns fritters in Paprika sauce



Prawns fritters in paprika sauce.....
Paprika sauce is a Hungarian origin...and it goes well with chicken. . Fish.. eggs.And hot prawns fritters taste absolutely devine when sailed in sweet..spicy and paprika sauce....yum yum...This can be eaten as a starter or side dish  with any other rice dishes.







Ingredients:-

5 big tiger Prawns (cleaned and deviened)
Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp garlic crushed
Salt as per taste
1 finely chopped onion
1 white spring onion diced
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp sweet paprika
2 tomatoes finely chopped
1/2 white pepper powder
1/2 vinegar (I used vinegar  n cornstarch instead of sour cream)
1 tbsp corn starch paste.
1tbsp butter cube/veg oil/olive oil

Method:-

Marinade prawns in smoked paprika, vinegar ,ginger garlic &salt for 1o min.
Meanwhile prepare Paprika sauce..
Take a non stick pan.. add butter or oil saute crushed garlic...
Now add chopped onion keep sauting till it turns lil brown.then add finely chopped tomato. .salt..pepper powder to it.keep sauting till tomato melts completely
Now add sweet paprika mix it.
Add diced spring white onions.keep sauting
Add cornstarch paste and lil water for saucy consistency.give a boil and putoff the flame
Grease the skillet with butter or olive oil and place the prawns to the little distance from each other...
Fry on lower flame.
Make it upside down and fry till it changer the colour to red...
When done ..take a serving plate , pour in paprika sauce and sail in fried prawns .garnish with scallions of spring onion or coriander and serve hot as a starter or side dish.
