Grilled sea Perch Pepper Chilli/Chonak pepper chilli

Steaming hot dish...Can you Guess what dish is this.???;-)...
Well dis is  Grilled Chonak Pepper Chilli (a giant sea perch )...its popularly known as Chonak in goa..

Ingredients:-
2 fillets of Chonak (cut 'em into finger shapes)
Half capsicum cut into cubes
1 tbsp crushed black pepper
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1/2 tsp red chilligarlic paste
1 sliced green chilli
1 white onion finely chopped
1 tbsp dark soya sauce
1/2 tsp rice vinegar
Salt as per taste
Pinch of sugar
2 tbsp sesame oil.
Spring onion for garnishing

Method:-
Marinade chonak fillets in vinegar and salt
Heat sesame oil in pan.add garlic..chilli ginger to it and saute well.
When garlic turns brown add onion and keep sauting.
when onion turns pink add sugar salt ..soya sauce pepper powder..vinegar and chilli garlic paste ..mix well .
Add capsicum ..saute n steame it by covering lid for a min ..mix well.
On the other side grill fillets and then add it to masala.
Mix well and garnish with spring onion and serve hot
