Tisrya sukkem/Clams dry
Ingredients
2 bowls clams/tisrya..cleaned
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 green chilli .cut it into 4 pieces
1"ginger finely chopped
1 big onion finely chopped.
2 tbsp grated coconut
3-4 petals of Kokam/amsula
salt as per taste
1 cup water
2-3 drops coconut oil.
Method:-
Take a vessel. .add in all the ingredients mentioned above ..mix well..cover it with lid and cook on low flame till onion is cooked and water dries up..
Serve hot by garnishing.. coriander over it..Enjoy😊
