Mackerel Recheado

Mackerel Recheado....as a Goan ,we love to stuff fishes in red or green masalas. Recheado Masala is  one of the most important spicy paste condiment of Goa..it is completely different  in taste and consistency as its blend of aromatic spices and coconut vinegar...which is goans speciality.

Ingredients:-

4 medium sized Bangde/Mackerels
Salt
Recheado Masala 6 tbsp
Oil for greasing

Method:-

Clean and wash the mackerels fishes/bangda nuste.
Now  hold the fish ,slit it twice parallel on harder side to make pockets in the fish .
Apply salt for few minutes all over the fish,as well as inside the fish ,and keep aside

Wash the fish, pat dry and stuff Recheado Masala  both the pockets of fish and all over. Again ,allow it to marinate for 10 min.
