Paneer Bhurji/scrambled cottage cheese
This is typical North Indians B/f ..in which paneer is scrambled with the medley of onion tomato and few spices.it goes well with Rotis or buns...also nutritive and healthy for those who stay away from non vegs

Ingredients:-
200 gm paneer (made from 1 liter of high of full cream milk)
2 big onions finely chopped
1 big tomato finely chopped
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 small green chilli chopped
1tsp minced ginger
1/2 tsp cummin seeds
Salt as per your taste
Handful of coriander finely chopped
2-3 tbsp oil
Method:-
Heat oil in a pan
Add cummin seeds ..when crackles add ginger and green chillies..keep sauting
Now add finely chopped onion..and salt
Keep sauting.when onion turns translucent. .add in tomatoes..
Put the lid of the pan for 2 min..so that tomatoes get melt.
Now add turmeric..red chilli powder and coriander powder to it..mix well
Finally add crumbled paneer/cottage cheese and mix well again everything.
Put the lid for more 2-3 min
Put off the flame and garnish with finely chopped coriander or spring onions..
Serve hot with chapatis..rotis..puris..
But I loved it with fresh buns/pav.:-)
