C-square Cookies is a combo of both custard & chocolate ,a perfect relishable tea time snack.
Ingredients:-
1 cup all purpose flour,
1 cup wheat flour,
2 tbsp Custard powder,
2 tbsp Cocoa powder ,
½ tsp salt,
1 cup unsalted butter ( @ room temp),
1 cup sugar powder,
2 tbsp yoghurt,
1 tsp baking powder.
Method:-
Take a bowl no 1...sieve n add all purpose flour, half portion of baking powder ,salt..and add 2 tbsp custurd powder....mix well.
Take bowl no 2.... Sieve and add wheatflour,baking powder, cocoa powder ,salt mix well.
Meanwhile blend together sugar n butter till fluffy,add yogurt blend again.
Add half portion of sugar blend to bowl no.1 n rest to bowl no. 2 mix rigorously... Knead to dough...if it feels like hard then add Lil warm milk and knead to soft dough.... Keep for 10 min.
Preheat oven at 180 deg for 10 min
Grease the baking tray and bring the two doughs together n make desire shapes or design u want n place on the trayn bake for 10 min at 180 deg.... If done keep it upside down n bake for another 5 min. Remove on wire rack n let it cool. Store it in airtight container.
