Egg Schezwan Noodles

Egg Schezwan Noodles
Chinese-inspired Spicy Schezwan Fried Noodles is a great one pot meal that you can make in under ...15 min.Very Simple .sour,spicy...yet deliciously delicious.



Ingredients

Hakka noodles ( readymade)
Schezwan sauce  4-5 tbsp( homemade used)
Rice Vinegar 1 tbsp
Dark soya sauce1 tbsp
White pepper powder
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Chopped white spring onion tbsp
Scrambled eggs 4
Spring Onion ( for garnishing)
Ajjinomoto pinch/veg Maggie cube1
1 tbsp veg oil
1 tbsp sesame oil

Method:-

Boil noodles 75% in water ,adding tbsp oil n 1 tsp salt....drain  n  washout under cool water..then sprinkle Lil oil over it toss it and  keep aside.

On other side make scrambled eggs n keep ready.

In a Wok add sesame oil,garlic n white onion ..fry well so that garlicky aroma hits u😉. Add Maggie cube,salt n pepper powder..soya sauce..and schezwan sauce,,stir fry for 2 min ..finally add noodles,keep tossing over high flame..add scrambled eggs  and continue tossing,u will get burnt smell ...put of the flame garnish with green spring onion ,Serve with Schezwan sauce....Enjoy....😋

Note:-As ajinomotto is not good for health,I  avoid it adding into my recipes,despite I prefer to use little Maggie cube for the taste
