Chicken Lal Maath
Ingredients:-
1 bunch Lal Maath
250 gm Chicken
2big tomatoes
Handful of corriander
3-4 clovesGarlic
Ginger 1 tsp finely chopped
Green chillies 2
Cummin seed 1/2 tsp
Corriander powder 1 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder1 tbsp
Lil malwani masala 1/2 tsp
Tumeric 1/2 tsp
Pinch sugar.
Lemon juice 1 whole
Bay leaf 1
2 Onion finely chopped
Salt as per taste
Ghee or oil
Method:-.
Wash chicken n marinate it in lemon juice, salt and tumeric..keep aside for 10 min
Blanch tomatoes,Lal Maath,with garlic,greenchilli n corriander
Cool the veggie n blend till smooth paste.
Take cooker,add oil,cummin seeds,bay leaf,onion,n ginger saute till onion turns brown,then add all masala powders,saute then add the Lal Maath paste to it..mix well add salt n Lil sugar mix well n put the lid for 2 min when u see oil starts floating up ...add marinated chicken..mix well n put the lid...give 8 whistles. N Ur Chicken Lal Maath is done....garnish with corriander n serve hot with Roti's😊
