Paneer Butter Masala. (restaurant style)/Cottage cheese in creamy tomato sauce


Restaurant style..Paneer Butter Masala/Paneer Makhanwala/Butter Paneer..

Paneer cooked in rich tomato gravy...A perfect combination of creaminess ,spiciness and a tinge of sweetness..Winner recipe and loved by all.. I am sharing  very quick and easy to make restaurant style paneer butter masala..totally organic ,no added colour.It taste exactly ,and much better than the one you get in restaurants... So let's get started...

Time:- 15 min
Servings:-  4 persons

Ingredients:-

200 gm  Paneer,
4 big red tomatoes(reddish n ripen)
1 small onion,
2 tbsp hung curd,
Whole masala(1 bay leaf, 2 cloves, 1 small cinnamon stick, half star anise,1 green cardamoms,1/ corriander seeds)
1 "nch ginger
5-6 garlic cloves
1/2 kasuri methi( roasted n crushed)
4-5 cashews
1tbsp sugar
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp beet juice
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp tandori masala powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp wheat flour roasted
Fresh cream
Chopped corriander
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter

Method:-

First Marinade Paneer in salt ginger garlic paste,tandoori masala ,curd,n turmeric for 10 min n shallow fry it  and keep it aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in kadhai,,add ..when hot add all whole masalas mentioned in the ingredients turmeric,tomatoes,ginger garlic,cashews,and stir fry for 2-3 min.
Cook till tomatoes melt...and let the mixture cool completely... Blend  everything adding wheat flour , hung curd and red chilli powder  till very fine and smooth paste.keep side.

Take a pan,heat oil /butter, add bay leaf,cummin seeds and finely chopped onion , fry till onion gets translucent,ten add grinded paste,tandoori masala,keep sauting,add beet juice, kasuri methi,salt ,sugar n butter..keep stirring...

Finally add Paneer pieces... Mix n lid the vessel...for 2 mins ....u can see the the butter floating on the top now....


Now put off the flame n garnish with chopped corriander,fresh cream and if u want Lil grated Paneer ...serve hot with Kulchas or Naans
