Bhende Galmyachi shak shak


Bhende galmyachi shak shak... ( ladies finger in tiny dried shrimps).



Ingredients

250 gm ladies finger
100 gm tiny dried shrimps
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1tspTurmeric
3-4 Kokam(amsula)
2 big Chopped onion
2 big Chopped tomatoes
Chopped corriander
1 tbsp Goan masala..or u can use malwani masala too
2 tbsp oil
Salt as per taste

 Method:-
 First wash,pat dry and cut the ladies finger as per ur choice of shapes..
Take a pan, pour in oil...add chopped onions, when it turns  Lil pink add all masala powders,and tomatoes,,mix well add salt ...saute and put over the lid
..Meanwhile, roast shrimps on tava a bit and then add to the masala in pan..when u can see water content evaporated add ladies finger and kokam to it mix well n let it cook for 10 min ...see that it should not become sticky. When cooked garnish with finely chopped corriander...it taste awesome with rice bhakri.....enjoy
