Chicken Lollypop Masala

Ingredients
For Lollypops
Chicken lollypops 8
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoons
Salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper powder
Soy sauce 1/2 tablespoons
Ginger chopped 1 tablespoon
Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon
Red chilli paste 1 tablespoons
Refined flour (maida) 1/2 cup
Cornflour 1/2 cup
Oil for frying
Method
1) Combine together chicken lollypops, 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper powder and soy sauce in a bowl and mix well. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.(most preferably overnight )
2) Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
3) Mix together another 1/2 tbsp ginger, garlic, red chilli paste, refined flour, cornflour, salt ..black pepper powder in another bowl and mix well. Add little water and mix well till a thick batter is formed.
4) Now dip marinated lollypops in the batter and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and remove an on paper towel.keep them aside.
For masala
1 small bowl cornflour thin paste.
1 whole garlic pod ..finely chopped
1/2 " ginger finely chopped
1 green chilli finely chopped
Finely chopped spring white onions
1/4 capsicum finely chopped
Soya sauce
Chilli garlic paste
Sugar
Salt as per the taste
White vinegar
Black pepper powder
Tandoori colour (optional)
2 tbsp oil
Spring onion leaves for garnishing
Method:-
1)Heat oil in a wok.
2) Add chopped ginger garlic and green chillies one by one. Fry till raw aroma dissapears.
3) add onion ..saute till it turns pink.
4) Add capsicum .. Soya sauce..vinegar..chilli garlic sauce..salt...pepper powder...sugar.lower the flame.
5) Add tandoori colour to the cornflour paste ..mix well. And add this to the frying veggies...
6) adjust the water as per the required consistency. Check with the salt ..sugar ..and tanginess .
7) when the masala starts boiling and become little thick. .Add in lollypos...put off the flame...mix well..
8)Garnish with Julian cut spring onion leaves and serve hot..
