Ghawachi bhakri/wheat flour pancakes/bread

Ghawachi bhakri with awalyachi chutney./Wheat flour pancake with IndianGooseberry  chutney/condiment..

Ingredients :-

For Bhakri
1cup wheat flour
1 tbsp  fine rava/Suji/semolina
Salt as per the taste
Pinch of sugar or jaggery
1 green chilli slitted half
1 tbsp grated fresh coconut
Oil

 For chutney
1 awala/Indian gooseberries/amla
Salt as per the taste
Pinch of sugar
1 cup scrapped fresh coconut
1 green chilli
Lil ginger
2-3 sprigs of curry leaves(optional)
Handful of corriander

Method:-

1)Mix all the above ingredient for bhakri in one bowl using water ..consistency should be slurry  but  little thick  (rest  it for 10 min).

2)Meanwhile  grind to a fine paste all the ingredients mentioned for chutney. N transfer it to  a chutney bowl.

3)Heat n grease the skillet with the ghee /oil. And pour  1 scoop of batter ..spread it with  spoon or with your  fingers... make round shape.keep the flame meduim.

4)Turn upside down ..till bhakri is cooked n turned little  crisp.

Serve  it with awale chutney n enjoy your breakfast😊
