Pavacho Sano/Spiced Tempered Bread
Ingredients:-
2 bread buns
Salt as per the taste
Grated fresh coconut
Pinch of shankar chap hing (optional)
2 large onions finely chopped
1/2 tsp fine mustard seeds
Pinch of red chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp oil
Few cummin seeds for temperng
1-2 cloves n 1/2 cummin seeds crushed together in mortar pestal.
Sugar as per taste
1 green chilli
(Adjust spices as per your tastebuds...quantity mentioned above is my preferable quantity.)
Method:-
Take a bowl .cut or crush buns into small cubes.add half of crushed cloves cummin . .Salt.. Sugar..Grated coconut.....red chilli powder...hing/asafoetida...turmeric... sprinkle lil water.and mix with the hand ..and keep aside.
Heat oil in kadhai. ..add mustard seeds... when starts sizzle ..add green chilli..cummin seeds..and onion to it.sprinkle lil Sat n sugar in this too.. to speed up the process... when the onion turns translucent add bread mixture...
Keep fry sauting..till bits of bread turns lil crispy and cooked in spices.
Garnish with corriander n grated coconut.
Serve hot with Tea...
